I have been experiencing a periodic rubbing noise from the front wheel area of my Colorado. The dealer was unable to recreate the condition and then performed a check on both front wheel areas. I will continue to to drive and will return to dealership when the condition is recreated.

Service is always very reliable and thorough at this dealership. Repair work was completed during the scheduled time on a timely basis.

Wait time, in my opinion, was a little excessive, especially since I was the only customer there waiting. I'm sure there were drop offs being worked on, but I did have an appointment.

My wife and I had a nice experience at the dealership. We bought two cars from Tyler and had no issues.

I arrived early for my 3pm appointment. My vehicle was taken into the garage within three minutes. The items I was there for were taken care of promptly. My Equinox was returned to me timely. And my GM Rewards were applied to my invoice. What more could I ask for? Thanks!!

Great staff who are polite and professional.

I had my car towed in last week but was told they would look at it and would work on it this week. They called me on Wednesday and said I could pick it up. It turned out the key fob I had made from another company was no good. My other key fob started the car. They are ordering me a new key fob.

There seems to be confusion at the service desk when discussing our vehicle's issue. I don't believe our original request was even followed through with. Our invoice didn't have any sort information pertaining to what the charges are and the work that was performed. This makes it difficult when we process for payment. Along with this, the van came back to us in limp mode. When I called about it, the tech said he noticed it while driving it. Yet it was deemed complete. We didn't bring it back, ended up fixing it our selves.

Jan, 2026 The Rentschler Service Team was great start to finish. Service was prompt and complete. At the Service desk, she also re-reistered our 2025 AWD EUV Equinox, which we accidently failed to do in May. In addition the team satisfied a factory recall recommendation, avoiding re-scheduling. Our Product Specialist, Taylor Bradigan, was amazing. He was patient with us and helped us navigate the various things we needed to go through to get the military discount. A very positive experience, as we are used to at Rentschler.

My car is roughly 2 1/2 years old. I took my car to the dealer I bought it from, as I have an extended warranty due to "cupping" of my rear tires. It took nearly a month to get an appointment, after dropping off my car at 7am YESTERDAY, I called to find out my car was not even looked at! They looked at my car today and said it was not a shock issue and was charged $89 plus tax. I was never told when I made th appointment back in December, that I could be charged a "diagnosis" fee. How would you know if it's a warranty issue or not if you don't even check to see if there's a problem? My point is if I would have been told in advance the possibility of a fee I wouldn’t be upset! Plus you kept my car the entire day (Tuesday) and only when I called late in the day the girl said it was their fault they couldn’t fit me in.

On Friday, I called Rentschler Chevy Service to make an appointment to have my non working heater in my Chevy Trax checked. I was asked to bring my car up and they would evaluate the issue. I immediately drove my car to Rentschler Chevrolet and they determined the problem and asked me if I wouldn't mind waiting about an hour. They had the parts needed and the time to repair it right away. I did and within an hour the repair was completed and I left with plenty of warmth in my car. With the freezing temperatures we've had lately it was a pleasure to have the heat back in my car.

I have had an intermittent problem receiving certain services via satellite, this has been a problem for several years. The dealer was not able to recreate the problem so it was impossible to troubleshoot. We have a plan to try to stop at dealer next time situation occurs. I can function very well with this issue but we were trying to correct before my extended warranty runs out on 2/27/2026.

I want to first start off by saying that everyone at the dealership was very friendly and made my experience an excellent one. I worked with James Fikes and he was very professional and got me into the car that I really wanted. I have been an Outten Chevrolet customer for 15+yrs and after this experience will never go back to them. James was able to get me in the same car Outten had at a much lower rate. He also explained everything on the car which made me feel real comfortable driving off the lot with my brand new Equinox.

I feel length of time to complete work performed was long. From time I got text that truck was taken in to completion was long

I brought my car in because the air conditioning wasnt working on one side. You charged me for things that didn't needed to be checked. Like tire pressure, tire depth alignment on all four tires. You checked my tail lights interior lights, headlights turn signals, front and rear wipers. You checked my brake pads and rotors front and back, brake hoses, lines and parking brake. You checked my horn. You checked my accessories pedal ignition lock cylinder operation safety belts buckleslatch plates detractors and anchors. You checked my battery, battery cables and connections. You checked my steering/suspension, steering components, front and rear suspension, underbody/frame. You checked windshield washer fluid gas cap brake fluid, oil. I can go on and on but the bottom line is these things(and more) had nothing to do with the air conditioning and yet you checked and charged me $322.22. I've been coming to you for years but I won't anymore. I didn't realize you like ripping off 72 year old women who you think don't know any better. Don't bother messaging me that this is your standard procedure. It's a rip off and you know it. I will make sure GM is notified about this too.

Great experience. I filled out much of the paperwork online which saved some time in the office. Both Taylor and Jessica were great. Taylor was very knowledgeable and assisted us with all of the options and operating controls of our new Equinox RS. The vehicle was extremely clean, considering it just arrived on a truck during winter weather. We were offered lifetime PA state inspections, even though we live over an hour away from the dealership. It was well worth the drive for the great purchase experience we had. Thanks

Along with needing an oil change, I had an issue with my shifter, shifting hard into reverse they Diagnosed it and found it was a broken shifter and also in need of a cable replacement. Quality, timely, service, communication was good. Id recommend

The Service Advisor spent a significant amount of time while helping to track an intermittent problem. We were able to establish a plan going forward to further determine cause of my problem and since this appointment we have been able to get further into diagnosing the root cause.

When my Trailblazer went in for service on 4/16/26. It was to get 4 new tires. After the tire installation was completed. My car was returned to me with rear bumper damage. I showed the problem to Michael Nemeth-Service Adviser. Mike said he would take care of the damage when i return on 5/12/26. Thank You.

From the day we came in to do a test drive on a Suburban and until we did the final paperwork for purchase, we felt 100% comfortable and informed of the process and vehicle. On the day of test driving, Taylor went above with providing us information to show potential payments with specific interest rates and warranties that we were asking about without having made a decision on any car at this point. He thoroughly went over all the features of the Suburban before we even drove it. Not once, did we feel pressured to have to make a decision or purchase right then and there. The Suburban we chose was the one we test drove after realizing it had all the features we were looking for. The communication process with Taylor throughout the online paperwork and loan process was great and it was very convenient to not have to sit at a dealer for hours going through the buying process. The day we came in to finalize the purchase, everything was went over again and it was pretty seamless. This is the second vehicle we have now purchased from Rentschler.

Most of the times people hate going to a dealership because there’s always the fear of something being wrong with your car. It never feel that way when I come up there to get an oil change or any other service. I feel like everybody is very honest and they do their jobs very well. It’s kind of weird to say that you love a car dealership, but I do love this dealership.
