I think the communication between staff and to the customer needs to be addressed. I am not happy with my last couple of visits to the point of considering a change in car repair garages.

It looks like they have cured the problem with the radio time will tell. I can't believe that GM has not recalled the problem with the radios because there several complaints about it. That is one of the reasons I am a Chevy owner because GM used to take care of problems that persist. [When the radio change stations and puts the radio stations on the drivers information is a hazard to the driver.].

My appointment was for 10am. I checked in at 9:50 but my car was not taken into the service area until 10:15. As I was staying with the vehicle I was disin the delay.

I went to the dealership to see what was available on the lot. I hadn't purchased a vehicle in 18 years and needed to browse to see where my interests were. After browsing I was met by Andy Kline, salesman. I informed him that I was just browsing and he asked if there was anything else he could help me with. So I explained the dilemma I was having over whether or not to trade in my vehicle. My vehicle was 22 years old. I wanted to trade it in but wouldn't under a certain amount as I would then give it to my nephew. He took a look at it and had someone else check into it also. As the other person was reviewing my vehicle, Andy Kline and I took 3 test drives. He was very patient in explaining all the new things that I was unfamiliar with. They gave me enough on my vehicle where I was able to trade it in, solving my only dilemma. The rest of the process was easy and went smoothly. I really appreciated Andy's patience in teaching me all the new features that exist in vehicles nowadays.

The person that I spoke to when attempting to make an appointment was not interested in trying to accommodate me. So for my first service on the vehicle, I had to take it to someone else.

Best dealer experience I've ever had. Greg Williams, Andy Kline and the rest of the team were phenomenal. I initially submitted my request for info on the vehicle on a Sunday when the dealership was closed and Greg reached out immediately that same day and provided me an initial deal sheet, and worked with me to get the numbers worked out to where I needed them over the next few days, and even suggested ways I could save even more on the price of the vehicle, which already carried a substantial dealer discount on the internet published price. Greg was on a day off when I came in to take delivery, but left me in the very capable hands of Andy and the rest of the team, who got me in and out on the road in about 35 minutes total. Can't say enough good things about Rentschler Chevrolet! Although this dealership is a considerable distance from home for me, it was worth the price of the Uber ride and the length of the drive home (where I got to give my shiny new Blazer EV SS a workout anyway) for the value, pricing and service I received. Would definitely buy/lease from these folks again!!!

When they look at the car. Who ever look at the car never tightened the battery connection both of them. And brought the car back and still had the same problem. 160 dallors later and still had the same problem and loss battery connection 😒. When the paper said connection was good.

State Inspection and oil change were completed on my 22 Trailblazer. Basic routine mechanics, however the people make the difference. Your employees are kind and enjoyable to speak with.

Our 2023 Chevy Colorado broke down again after only having the vehicle for a little more than 2 years. Between James and Taylor, they both couldn't do enough to help us get through our ordeal. After speaking to the service department and finding that it was something our 2023 needed and we were unable to drive it, we decided to purchase a 2025 Chevy Colorado. So far, we really like the new truck and know that if there are any problems that Renschler is there for us.

I had a good experience with dropping off my truck and getting shuttled back home. Also the service on my truck was what I would have expected from top notch mechanics. I also was pleased to be able to review the notes that were made about the condition of my truck. I would definitely recommend Rentschler to anyone who is looking to buy or needs service on their automobile.

I had my car towed in last week but was told they would look at it and would work on it this week. They called me on Wednesday and said I could pick it up. It turned out the key fob I had made from another company was no good. My other key fob started the car. They are ordering me a new key fob.

Mike was a huge help! There were a number of issues that needed to be addressed with another dealership. Mike handled everything once the vehicle was at Rentschler! Josh, the mechanic went over every detail of the vehicle to ensure the vehicle was safe, and kept us informed throughout the entire process.

Our salesman Andy Kline was very professional; he answered all our questions regarding the Chevy Trax. Frankly, my husband and I weren't really looking to purchase a vehicle last week, this was our initial test drive of a Chevy Trax...however, we felt so comfortable with the dealership, salesman and the "deal" that we brought the Trax home the next day.

Not satisfied, 2022 trak failed inspection because my wife told them it had a slow leak on a tire. The tire thread was passable but they failed the car because they wouldn’t fix the tire for whatever reason.

I have been experiencing a periodic rubbing noise from the front wheel area of my Colorado. The dealer was unable to recreate the condition and then performed a check on both front wheel areas. I will continue to to drive and will return to dealership when the condition is recreated.

Personnel were very accommodating and helpful with taking care of the services needed. The Bravo insurance was a good investment in taking care of expenses of making necessary repairs.

Jan, 2026 The Rentschler Service Team was great start to finish. Service was prompt and complete. At the Service desk, she also re-reistered our 2025 AWD EUV Equinox, which we accidently failed to do in May. In addition the team satisfied a factory recall recommendation, avoiding re-scheduling. My car is roughly 2 1/2 years old. I took my car to the dealer I bought it from, as I have an extended warranty due to "cupping" of my rear tires. It took nearly a month to get an appointment, after dropping off my car at 7am YESTERDAY, I called to find out my car was not even looked at! They looked at my car today and said it was not a shock issue and was charged $89 plus tax. I was never told when I made th appointment back in December, that I could be charged a "diagnosis" fee. How would you know if it's a warranty issue or not if you don't even check to see if there's a problem? My point is if I would have been told in advance the possibility of a fee I wouldn’t be upset! Plus you kept my car the entire day (Tuesday) and only when I called late in the day the girl said it was their fault they couldn’t fit me in.

Great experience. I filled out much of the paperwork online which saved some time in the office. Both Taylor and Jessica were great. Taylor was very knowledgeable and assisted us with all of the options and operating controls of our new Equinox RS. The vehicle was extremely clean, considering it just arrived on a truck during winter weather. We were offered lifetime PA state inspections, even though we live over an hour away from the dealership. It was well worth the drive for the great purchase experience we had. Thanks

On Friday, I called Rentschler Chevy Service to make an appointment to have my non working heater in my Chevy Trax checked. I was asked to bring my car up and they would evaluate the issue. I immediately drove my car to Rentschler Chevrolet and they determined the problem and asked me if I wouldn't mind waiting about an hour. They had the parts needed and the time to repair it right away. I did and within an hour the repair was completed and I left with plenty of warmth in my car. With the freezing temperatures we've had lately it was a pleasure to have the heat back in my car.

I had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and new wiper blades. I was done and on my way home in less than an hour.

The work was completed on a timely basis. All of the personnel with whom I interacted were professional and courteous.

would of liked a better trade deal with our 2016 Equinox due to we seen what your selling it for now. dealer said the mats would be covered with our points and they were not fulling covered. It cost us another $185.00 which we could of used our mat from our previous 2016 vehicle.

There seems to be confusion at the service desk when discussing our vehicle's issue. I don't believe our original request was even followed through with. Our invoice didn't have any sort information pertaining to what the charges are and the work that was performed. This makes it difficult when we process for payment. Along with this, the van came back to us in limp mode. When I called about it, the tech said he noticed it while driving it. Yet it was deemed complete. We didn't bring it back, ended up fixing it our selves.

I worked with James Fikes and he was very professional and got me into the car that I really wanted. I have been an Outten Chevrolet customer for 15+yrs and after this experience will never go back to them. James was able to get me in the same car Outten had at a much lower rate. He also explained everything on the car which made me feel real comfortable driving off the lot with my brand new Equinox.

I have had an intermittent problem receiving certain services via satellite, this has been a problem for several years. The dealer was not able to recreate the problem so it was impossible to troubleshoot. We have a plan to try to stop at dealer next time situation occurs. I can function very well with this issue but we were trying to correct before my extended warranty runs out on 2/27/2026.

From the day we came in to do a test drive on a Suburban and until we did the final paperwork for purchase, we felt 100% comfortable and informed of the process and vehicle. On the day of test driving, Taylor went above with providing us information to show potential payments with specific interest rates and warranties that we were asking about without having made a decision on any car at this point. He thoroughly went over all the features of the Suburban before we even drove it. Not once, did we feel pressured to have to make a decision or purchase right then and there. The Suburban we chose was the one we test drove after realizing it had all the features we were looking for. The communication process with Taylor throughout the online paperwork and loan process was great and it was very convenient to not have to sit at a dealer for hours going through the buying process. The day we came in to finalize the purchase, everything was went over again and it was pretty seamless. This is the second vehicle we have now purchased from Rentschler.
